    1.The Purpose of the Service

     Wellness Enabler (WE Midwives) provides email consultation service by answering questions and concerns about pregnancy, childbirth, child-bearing, menstruation, attempts to conceive and menopause.

     

    2.Eligibility

     Rakuten Communications Corp. employees

     

    3.Response Time

     We generally respond within 24 hours.

     

    4.Service Content

     This service is provided by WE in-house midwives.
     E.g. Regarding general health, infertility, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, breastfeeding, child-bearing, the relationship with your partner, mental health, and others.
        
     

    5.How to use the Service

     ①The service will commence once you have agreed with the Terms of Service.
     ②Our in-house consultant midwife will read consultations sent via email and reply within 24 hours.
     ③The email consultation service is unlimited and free of charge. Even the smallest things, please feel free to reach out to us.

     

    6.Consultant

     Consultants in WE Midwives will be assigned upon commencement and cannot be selected in advance. The midwives in WithMidwife Inc., who are in charge of Rakuten Communications Corp., will respond with the best of intentions.
     The WE Midwives are employed by WithMidwife Inc. and are prohibited to make an employment contract via direct negotiation with a Rakuten Communication Corp. employee.
     If such cases are identified, we may adopt a measure of the service cessation for the user.

     

    7.Service Provider Indemnity

     The Service is categorized as consultation and does not provide medical diagnoses. We provide evidence-based information; however, any trouble or inconvenience caused will be the responsibility of the requesting the service.

     

    8.Personal Information Handling

     Your personal information (e.g. consent forms) will be handled based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the Privacy Policy, and utilized only within WithMidwife Inc. to provide the service while protecting the confidentiality. Your personal information will not be used in any other ways.

     

    9.Medical Practice

     This service does not provide any medical advice or procedures. If we believe that you and your family need medical advice, we will advise accordingly.




    In some cases, you may not receive a reply from us due to the spam mail rejection setting or incorrect e-mail address input.
    Please check the page of your carrier in advance and make settings so that you can receive emails from [@ withmidwife.jp].
    Also, please make sure that the email address you entered is correct.
